Mar. 2003 　静岡県蒲原町には日本唯一のアルミニウム精錬工場が立地している。かつて，日本海側を中心に数多くのアルミニウム精錬工場が立地していたが，第一次オイルショック以降の電気料金の高騰で，ほとんどすべての精錬工場が閉鎖された。   There is only one plant in Japan which purify to alminium in Kanbara Town. Many alminium plants located in Japan before, especialy side of Sea of Japan. But, almost of them were closed, because the electricity bill of Japan soared since the First Oil Crisis.
