 Apr. 29, 2003大阪府高槻市大塚 1917年10月，連日の豪雨が原因となって，この場所で淀川の堤防が決壊し，洪水は最下流の大阪市にまで及んだ（右手奥の白い建物は淀川右岸水防事務組合の水防倉庫）。 Otsuka, Takatsuki City, Osaka Pref. The levee of Yodo River broke down here in October 1917 because of heavy rain in several days. The flood reached to Osaka City where is the most down stream of Yodo River. (The building of right side of the photo is a storehouse belonged to Officework Association for Flood Prevention of the Right Bank of Yodo River). |
