Apr. 29, 2003 　大阪府高槻市大塚 　この洪水がきっかけとなって，淀川右岸の水害予防のため，1926年に淀川右岸水害予防組合が設立された。1960年に淀川右岸水防事務組合に改組され，現在に至っている。大塚には組合の屯所兼倉庫が設けられている。この建物はスーパー堤防上に位置する。 　Otsuka, Takatsuki City, Osaka Pref. 　Yodogawa Ugan (Right Bank of Yodo River) Flood Prevention Cooperative established in 1926 to prevent flood of Right bank of Yodo River. It changed to Officework Association for Flood Prevention of Yodogawa Ugan (Right Bank of Yodo River) in 1960. There is a stationing building with storehouse of them in Otsuka. This building is on the super levee (super teiboo).
